Structural components are high-strength alloy 6063-T6 extrusions. All tops are .080 inches thick with integral stiffener ribs. Main frame tubing is 1.9 inches outside diameter. A .109-inch thick wall pipe and diagonal braces have a 1.5-inch surface with .080- to .090-inch nominal walls. Fasteners are zinc-plated steel.
