Notified by phone of arrival date; arrived in perfect condition. Have it setup and love it, very comfortable and thrilled it fits on our small patio. What a neat way to do business - so many choices, great prices, prompt delivery.

First things first, we received our set 2 days earlier than the initial estimated date. The product looks better than the picture. We love the durability of the Sunbrella fabric, and the the weave of the wicker is a bit thicker than what we expected, looks great on this piece and gives a higher end look. The accent pillows are a nice touch, and the 7 back cushions are very plush and provide plenty of support. This sectional sits a little lower to ground, providing a more contemporary feel which we were wanting. I would have given 5 stars but the coffee table sits a little lower than the cushions, making it a reach to place any beverages. The sides of the sectional work as little end tables where we can store our ipad, magazines, newspapers and are all at a short reach.
Overall we are very pleased with our purchase and Hayneedle.
