The aluminum frames on all pieces are rust- and weather-resistant and everything features a powder-coated Mocha Brown finish. This set is such a great value for the money. Everything is sturdy and durable. We have young children and wanted swivel chairs (which are sometimes hard to find--especially at a low price). These are perfect. We LOVE the high backs to them. I would say, however, that they are hardly "padded" as advertised. But that's okay, they are still very comfortable and suit our needs perfectly. We got a 40" base and umbrella as well. I would suggest getting a sunbrella umbrella from this company. It is of great quality and doesn't fade like the others. [...]were so easy to assemble. Trust me, if my non-handy husband can put things together quickly, anyone can! Don't be fooled by the low price of this set. I was worried it would be light/flimsy or "cheap", but was pleasantly surprised that it was not!!

Very dissappointed in customer service that one chair came damaged and when I asked for replacement they told me they would place the order/exchange. Then they charged my card double...took that off...Read complete review
Very dissappointed in customer service that one chair came damaged and when I asked for replacement they told me they would place the order/exchange. Then they charged my card double...took that off...charged me for new chair...gave me a credit. I called and the order had been dropped and there were no chairs available so now I am waiting to see if they get any more in. Very frustrating.

Researched a lot before making this purchase. Read all the reviews. It is true, it took longer to unwrap and unpack the set than to assemble it. The hint about the table connectors being movable was helpful and correct. The set looks great and is solid without being heavy. Padding aids comfort but it is still a sling type chair (not as soft as cushioned chairs). So far it appears the material dries quickly. High backs aid in comfort for both of us (wife is short; I am average height). Very satisfied with Hayneedle and shipping was faster than expected.

The table required some easy assembly; yet one of the sockets was stripped and couldn't hold the bolt. Hayneedle was very nice and is sending me a new table which won't arrive for another couple of weeks! Yet, I purchased the table for a get together I was hosting.

This product seem good for the price, so far. The table top was a bit more flexible than I would like. It was very easy to assemble.
