      It came with a hole in one of the supports. It is extremely difficult to get on. My kids, ages 9 and 12 had a hard time using it. It has a loop for an anchor on the bottom, maybe that would of helped. It's also smaller than it looked. It was also dangerous--when my child tried getting on it, it would tip over near the edge of the pool, so I was worried she would hit her head. I was going to return it-[...]
