Description

Spend some quality time outdoors with someone special in the International Caravan Garden Double Glider. This glider offers soothing swinging motion and a double seat and backrest that are contoured for comfort. Scrolled accents and open slats balance the heavy-duty iron construction with relaxed design. Perfect for conversations and quiet evenings at home.


The International Caravan Garden Single Glider goes through an extensive finishing process to ensure that you receive a product that will look great for years and years. The base coat of this glider is applied via electrophoresis. It is dipped in a tank of special Electrophoretic paint solution for about one minute while an electric current is run through it. The positively charged pain particles are drawn to the iron inside and out. The glider is removed and hung to drip dry. It is then run through an oven and baked for about 20 minutes at high temperatures. Finally, it is powder coated and baked a second time. The end result is an extremely durable and weather-resistant finish that will continue to look like new season after season.

      We have two on an outdoor balcony. The assembly was fairly easy but I would advise having two pairs of hands involved; it would have been hard on my own. The high back and smooth lines on the seating are very comfortable. They are not wide and would not be comfortable for two "large" people, think width of airline seating and you'll be in the same range. For two average size people they are very comfortable and very sturdy. They do sit a little high so shorter people will find their feet dangling. We are very happy with them, the motion is moderate and gentle and again, they appear very sturdy.

      I bought the Garden Glider a few weeks ago and my husband and I love it !!! It is strong and Beautiful !! Very comfy too . I love the size because I didn't want anything too big so I could put some rockers on deck also. The size is perfect for anyplace.
