Choose a bar-height or standard pole so you can put your Palapa Patio Umbrella wherever you please. Each umbrella is built on a reliable aluminum frame and features a multi-rib undercarriage. Durability has never been more festive than with the polypropylene cover of the 6-Foot Palapa Patio Umbrella.

 

We recommend a 45-lb. umbrella stand if you are using it with a table. Use a 70-lb. stand if it will be freestanding or used in a particularly windy area. I just purchased a silver umbrella from you a couple weeks ago to add
to my sculpture for "Burning Man" in the Black Rock Desert in Nevada.
I saved our hides out in the baking sun while we were peddling over
the playa. We also turned it on it's side during a 60 mile an hour
wind and dust storm for protection. Thanks again and here's a couple
photos of the sculpture we brought.

      I purchased it for my patio, to go over my bistro table and chairs and just love it! It's extremely well-made and surprisingly, sturdily lined. The canape edging is perfect to block the sun, and the fuschia color is just gorgeous. I don't know how it will hold up in rain, wind, fading and other possible negative areas, but I do know I would definitely recommend this product. It was well worth the price.

        This is my sole shade on a southern-exposed deck in sunny California. The "grass skirting" is much thicker than anticipated and hangs over the edge to give a nice fringe effect. This umbrella far surpasses expectations. Color is vivid! Can't speak for rain protection as I've only had sunshine since purchasing.
