A sturdy six-rib construction provides plenty of stability for the 9-foot shade. Raise and lower this umbrella with the easy-to-use pulley-and-pin system. A patio-umbrella cover will prolong the life of your umbrella fabric. And don't forget an umbrella stand. We recommend a 50-pound umbrella stand if you are using this umbrella with a table, and a 70-pound stand if it will be free-standing or used in a particularly windy area.

I have a business on a rooftop. I need to keep 6 market umbrellas in tact for as long as I can. I keep looking for a reasonably priced product that will withstand a variety of weather conditions. It's hard to find. Casualties happen whether I spend a lot of money or not so I've been replacing my umbrellas with these inexpensive ones but they really go down hard.
