      I got this umbrella for my small bistro table and chair set at my cottage. Now I can enjoy my tea in the shade! But...with high winds (I'd say any winds over 15 MPH), this umbrella WILL blow over. It is lightweight, and I have no weight on the base. I'm sure it wouldn't blow over if I had it weighted down. Still...see my picture -- it's VERY eye-catching and unique! (I got the pink color, which is ADORABLE!)
